Horsman Strategies is a boutique consulting firm located in Quw’utson Territory on Vancouver Island.

Owner and sole proprietor, Natasha Horsman, works with small to medium-sized local and Indigenous governments in BC to provide a range of services, including strategic communications, community engagement, policy & bylaw development, RFP writing and evaluation, and facilitation.

Natasha holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and has completed the International Association for Public Participation’s (IAP2’s) Foundations in Public Engagement course and the Justice Institute of BC’s Information Officer course.
